DiSC® Dimensions of Behavior Profiles

Proven Value. With 30 years of proven reliability and over 40 million users, the DiSC® behavioral style assessment remains the most trusted learning instrument in the industry for helping people learn about themselves and others, and to appreciate differences in the way people approach people, information and tasks. This profile is used worldwide for organizational development, training, coaching and individual performance improvement.

The Standard For Self-Understanding and Understanding and Working with Others. DiSC® Dimensions of Behavior provides a nonjudgmental language for exploring behavioral issues across four primary dimensions. Each person is a special combination of all four – one of 14 different Classical Patterns, demonstrating a natural tendency or skill in one or two areas:

Dominance: Direct and Decisive. D’s are strong-willed, strong-minded people who like accepting challenges, taking action, and getting immediate results.

Influence: Optimistic and Outgoing. i’s are “people people” who like participating on teams, sharing ideas, and energizing and entertaining others.

Steadiness: Sympathetic and Cooperative. S’s are helpful people who like working behind the scenes, performing in consistent and predictable ways, and being good listeners.

Conscientiousness: Concerned and Correct. C’s are sticklers for quality and like planning ahead, employing systematic approaches, and checking and re-checking for accuracy.

We offer two different report formats, the DiSC® Personal Profile System and the DiSC® Classic 2.0.

DiSC® Personal Profile System Report
