Transition - The Personal Path Through Change is an interactive learning guide that provides a self-directed process for dealing with change and major transitions.   With right-sizing, mergers and acquisitions or major career or life changes, consciously addressing the issues of change itself can smooth the process of moving forward.  Designed around a 3-phase model, this interactive workbook provides a road map to guide through the difficulties of change. 

The Model describes three phases:

Phase 1: Endings.  Every transition begins with an ending, often a loss. When things change, people leave behind the way things were, and the way they were in the previous situation. They may be left searching for a new way to define themselves.

Phase 2: The Neutral Zone.  This is a confusing in-between state, when people are no longer who and where they were, yet not who and where they’re going to be. While this zone can be distressing, it also provides opportunities for creative transformation.

Phase 3: New Beginnings.  A new beginning happens after people have spent some time in the Neutral Zone and let go of the past.  Then they can accept the reality of the change and start to identify with their new situation
