How do we work together to make changes, to create what's next?

Primarily we work by telephone -- efficient, accessible, affordable and portable -- from home or office, across town or across the globe, wherever there is phone service.  For private consultations and facilitated group meetings or training programs.  While this may sound unconventional, using phone and email technology makes our work focused and convenient when compared with on-site meetings or classes.  Minimizes travel time and expense, and distractions!  Mobile?  Too much to do and too little time?  We make that work for us. 

On-site work at your place of business or other arranged location is also available.  It is my preference to combine an on-site introduction, assessment and meeting with key players, with on-going work afterwards by phone.  Frankly, it makes the most sense and saves resources.  Making changes is a process, a journey -- not a one-shot deal. When steps are taken consistently over time, objectives are actually reached.

I provide a combination of coaching, consulting and training, primarily oriented around coaching.  Coaching is about bringing out the best character, personal attributes, skills, enthusiasm and contributions residing in each person.  When the individual attention and action planning of coaching is combined with advising, strategizing and learning, the results are magnified.  

Private Consulting & Coaching -- we work together one to one, so you get the benefit of my undivided attention on what you are committed to create or accomplish.  I am your private confidant, trusted advisor, mirror, shoulder for support, and the person that keeps you focused, on track and taking actions, practicing new skills, developing new habits, growing and developing, and overcoming challenges or roadblocks that might otherwise stop your forward momentum.   Five private coaching formats:

  • Platinum Level:  Three 45-minute private telephone sessions per month (pre-scheduled).  Includes an informational intake packet, and consultation on a selection of 4 assessment profiles (described below) designed to help you develop clarity on business, career or personal aspirations, values and goals.  Also includes short additional strategy sessions, as desired, and email communications between scheduled sessions, and re-scheduling of missed sessions as needed. 
  • Gold Level:  Three 45-minute private telephone sessions per month (pre-scheduled).  Includes an informational intake packet and use of other assessment profiles for a separate additional charge.  Includes email communications between sessions, and re-scheduling of missed sessions only if possible within a limited schedule of available appointments.
  • Silver Level:   Two 45-minute private telephone sessions per month (pre-scheduled).  Includes an informational intake packet and use of other assessment profiles for a separate additional charge.  Includes email communications between sessions, and re-scheduling of missed sessions only if possible within a limited schedule of available appointments.
  • Coach on Call:  "Just in time" 45-minute private telephone sessions anytime between 9a-9p Eastern/NY time, on your chosen frequency scheduled by appointment within 24-48 hours of request (generally sooner).  Available after six months of Platinum or Gold Level coaching to establish a working relationship, clarify your initial goals, and design initial strategies and action plans.  Initial retainer deposit for five sessions, with renewal deposits thereafter for groups of three subsequent sessions provides you with your own coach on call for as needed consultation, strategy planning, trouble-shooting and related coaching. Includes email communications between sessions, as needed.
  • Cybercoaching:  Coaching via email communications as frequently as you desire, with 1-2 day coaching response time.  Includes comment and advice on your submitted weekly email reports, and occasional short calls by appointment. Available after six months of Platinum or Gold Level coaching to establish a working relationship, clarify your initial goals, and design initial strategies and action plans.
  • Train-the-Trainer:  Three 45-minute private telephone sessions in a one month period (pre-scheduled) to prepare you to deliver training to your group utilizing one of the assessment profiles described below as a training tool.  Includes a debrief of your completion of the assessment profile and results.  (Review of available training Facilitator Kits optional, price of kit additional). 
  • Group Coaching and TelePrograms: A choice of two or three 55 minute telephone sessions per month for an identified group of executives, board members or managers, other individuals in the same organization; or teams working on the same project or topic area.  Can be designed to incorporate assessment profiles and related training and coaching at separate cost for facilitated group learning.

Coaching Groups & TelePrograms -- these include Subject Matter Groups, scheduled small group telephone sessions held over a period of time focused on a particular subject; Coaching Groups, including similarly situated individuals who come together to work on their own agenda or goals, and support one another's accomplishments; and other designed TelePrograms, meetings or group learning events conducted over time by telephone, facilitated by a trained coach to keep things on track and everyone moving forward, enhance participation and maximize results.
