TelePrograms  or Programs . . . what's the difference?

TelePrograms are, quite simply, meetings or group learning events conducted over time by telephone, facilitated by a trained coach.  This format is designed to be convenient, keep things on track and everyone moving forward, enhance participation and maximize results.  Choice of frequency, composition and group size produce efficiency, flexibility and cost-effectiveness.  Typically held on a regular day and time for consistency, they may be of fixed duration or continuing, depending upon subject or purpose.  And you can choose a custom arrangement that works best for you! 

TelePrograms may be facilitated meetings of

  • Boards, partners or executive groups
  • Department heads or division managers within a company
  • Geographically dispersed regional staff
  • Project teams or for employee training
  • Custom designed distance learning
  • Professional or continuing education programs
  • Business owners or professionals dealing with similar business practice matters
  • Individuals focused on similar life issues, topics or projects
  • (And frankly, as many other group applications as you can imagine!)

TeleProgram Formats:  

  • Subject Matter Groups involve education or training on a particular subject, are a certain length (number of sessions over a period of time) and have a fixed number of participants who may come from various backgrounds.
  • Coaching Groups include similarly situated individuals who come together to work on their own agenda or goals.  The combined wisdom and support of a cohesive group of people in the same profession, company, industry or organization allows them to learn from one another as each is coached on the projects they "bring to the table."

Learn how to make differences in backgrounds and beliefs an asset, rather than a limitation or liability.  This program promotes the ability to understand, accept and capitalize on diverse backgrounds and experiences of co-workers, employees and customers, enriching a group or organization and making it more innovative and culturally competitive. 

"Coping Skills to Effectively Deal With Stress"
Productivity and happiness are affected by high stress that we cannot always eliminate -- but maximizing coping skills can help.  In this program, participants discover stressors in four relevant life areas, and how to capitalize on coping strengths to manage or eliminate them, resulting in direct benefits for the individual, co-workers and organizations. 

"Communication is the Response You Get"
Develop better listening strategies, the key element for more productive communication.  This coaching program promotes discovery of one’s natural approach to listening, to overcome listening barriers and gain insights into the different listening approaches of co-workers, staff, clients, customers and others. 

"High Quality Living"
